Zero RH accepts payments by credit card, paypal or bank transfer.

  1. SHIPPING RATES AND SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed on zerorheyewear.it include free shipping.

Our products are usually shipped within 3 working days from the order date.

We ship throughout Italy, with the exception of Livigno and Campione d'Italia. Furthermore, we do not ship to the territories of San Marino and Vatican City. Requests for orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled.

Shipments to PO boxes are not allowed. Requests for orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled.

  1. TRACKING OF SHIPMENT

You will receive an e-mail with the shipment details and the tracking number as soon as the order is sent.

You can track the status of the order shipment at any time via the page my account or by following the link in the shipping confirmation email.

  1. DELIVERY

Remember to check the package conditions when you receive it. You can always reject it or accept it with reserve.

  1. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and intend to exercise the withdrawal, you can notify us by e-mail within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase of the products. In case of withdrawal, the only cost will be the return shipping cost.

What to do to make a return and receive a refund (or product replacement): contact our Customer Service by e-mail that will provide you with the Return Authorization number which must be reported directly outside the package or on the courier's shipping label. Make sure you have the original packing slip on hand to give the correct directions to our Call Center. Pack the product in its original packaging, including any document, accessory and manual received with the product itself, otherwise we may decide not to proceed with the refund. Make sure the package is tightly closed and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipment. It is important that the package shows the Return Authorization number (RA) to prevent it from being returned to the sender upon receipt. Don't forget to include the original packing list.

The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method, generally within 15 days of receipt of the product. We recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method. Zero RH will not be responsible in case of damage or loss of packages.

  1. REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

Once the refund has been processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Normally the refund is made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.

If you have requested the replacement of a defective or incorrect product, a new product will be sent to you immediately after receipt. The refund will be according to the original payment method.
